Business Analyst - Business Applications & Data Analytics

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in managing the development and enhancement of key business applications. You will play a pivotal role in the creation of a robust Data Warehouse and Analytics Platform that will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Manage the lifecycle of business applications from requirement gathering to deployment and enhancements.
Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive Data Warehouse and Analytics Platform.
Work closely with the IT team to design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data storage solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
Ensure data quality and integrity within the Data Warehouse.
Provide training and support to business users on new systems and analytics tools.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT projects.
Strong understanding of data warehouse design and data modeling principles.

Experience with SQL and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into non-technical terms.
