Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and serverless backends.
Integrate localization/i18n frameworks to support multilingual experiences.
Design and optimize web performance via intelligent edge caching, CDN routing, and build hooks.
Implement end-to-end test automation and monitoring for production-grade deployments.
Collaborate with designers, product owners, and Dev Ops to deliver scalable, secure digital products.
Manage Git Lab CI/CD workflows and support deployments across Git Lab and Vercel environments.
Who are you As a Lead Full-Stack Web Developer , you'll play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end web solutions-from user-facing interfaces to backend services and CI/CD pipelines. You have strong expertise in React, Next.js, and modern web tooling. You're comfortable working across the stack, care deeply about performance and quality, and enjoy collaborating in cross-functional teams.
You'll own features from concept to production, optimize performance at scale, and help evolve our web infrastructure. This is a hands-on role with real impact, where your technical decisions directly shape how HERE shows up digitally.
Required Skills:
Frontend: React, Next.js, Type Script, CSS-in-JS (styled-components, Emotion) and Tailwind
CSS.
Testing:
Experience with E2E testing using Cypress or Playwright .
Localization: Proficiency with frameworks like react-intl or next-i18next.
CI/CD: Experience configuring CI/CD variables, managing Git Lab pipelines, and integrating Git branching strategies.
Webhooks & Previews: Experience setting up preview builds for Next.js via webhooks or CI triggers (e.g. for Contentful or DAM integration).
CDN/Edge Delivery: Working knowledge of Cloud Front , or Vercel Edge Functions for image optimization, asset caching and routing.
Nice to Have:
Experience with content modeling in headless CMS systems
Exposure to localization workflows or multilingual web infrastructure
Familiarity with privacy/compliance-driven frontends (e.g. cookie banners, T&C delivery)
Experience working with Contentful, Brandfolder, Bynder, or other CMS/DAM tools.
Experience working in a cross-functional setup with Dev Ops and Security teams.
