About the Role:
As an IT Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative solutions and client needs. You’ll: ✨ Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored solutions ✨ Present these solutions clearly and impactfully ✨ Most importantly — you’ll be giving demos to clients , helping them experience the real value of our products.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand business challenges & requirements.
Conduct engaging demos to showcase how our solutions solve client problems.
Partner with sales to design customized solutions.
Craft impactful presentations & proposals.
Support sales with technical insights, PoC coordination, and training.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with clarity and precision.
Gather client feedback and share it with the product team.
Stay updated on industry trends & competitors.
Assist clients during onboarding & integration.
Identify use cases to highlight solution benefits.
Knowledge & Skill-set Required
Education:
B.E. in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
2–4 years in IT Pre-Sales or similar client-facing roles.
⚙️ Tech
Skills:
Strong understanding of IT products, CPaaS solutions, and integrations.
Presentation
Skills:
Great communicator with strong demo & PPT skills.
Problem-Solving:
Analytical thinker who can craft tailored solutions.
Collaboration:
Team player with cross-functional working abilities.
