Roles And Responsibilities

Good understanding IT Network, Switches and Topology.
Ability to learn about specific product and processes.
Research product samples to fully understand product.
Respond to customers queries in a timely and accurate way to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific application and system features.
Solving troubleshoots problems with customer and Software/Hardware related.
Understating of LAN and Network, WIFI and routers.
Installation of Application on remote computers, and server.

Requirements

2+ years' experience into Hardware and networking or similar role and experience in Arcade or gaming industry is a plus.
BSC or BCA in Information Technology or relevant diploma in hardware and networking.
Multi-tasking abilities.
Good experience with Microsoft Windows operating system.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with MS
- Excel is a plus.
