Job Description
As a Solution Consultant for India's Enterprise segment, you will play a pivotal role in helping manufacturing and retail organizations transform customer engagement, supply chain visibility, and operational efficiency through innovative CRM solutions. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to deliver technical expertise and strategic guidance throughout the sales cycle. This role requires a deep understanding of India's enterprise priorities, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and retail sectors.
What You'll Do
As an Enterprise Solution Consultant, you will leverage your technical and domain expertise to develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions during sales engagements, while supporting quarterly and annual sales objectives for your territory.
Key Responsibilities Include
Partner with Sales as a trusted technical advisor and domain expert to support CRM solution sales for manufacturing and retail enterprises.
Lead discovery workshops tailored to enterprise needs, uncovering challenges such as customer lifecycle management, dealer/distributor engagement, inventory visibility, and omnichannel retail experiences.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase how our solutions align with Industry 4.0 initiatives, digital commerce strategies, and India's Make-in-India vision.
Respond to technical and product-related inquiries from enterprise customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with data privacy laws and compliance standards such as GST and e-invoicing requirements.
Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback on enhancements that address unique enterprise needs, such as supply chain integration, loyalty programs, and AI-driven demand forecasting.
Share best practices and reusable assets with peers to improve team efficiency and effectiveness in enterprise-focused engagements.
Stay informed on competitive landscape and regulatory changes, including emerging retail tech trends, manufacturing automation standards, and consumer protection guidelines.
Represent the company at enterprise events, including manufacturing expos, retail technology forums, and industry trade shows.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
To Succeed In This Role, You Should Bring
CRM Expertise:
Deep hands-on experience in CRM and customer experience, with strong knowledge of service, sales, lead & opportunity management.
AI Integration Mindset:
Ability to leverage or critically evaluate AI in workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving within CRM contexts for enterprise use cases.
Enterprise
Experience:
Proven track record engaging with manufacturing and retail organizations in India.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with GST compliance, e-invoicing standards, and India's data privacy regulations.
Communication
Skills:
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language for senior enterprise stakeholders.
Analytical & Problem-Solving
Skills:
Innovative thinker with a focus on process improvement and delivering customer-centric value.
Collaboration:
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
Experience:
7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
Proficiency with Service Now or similar cloud-based platforms.
Experience working with Product Management, Marketing, Partners, and Professional Services.
