We support workflows that cater to direct customers, partners, and internal teams—ensuring every interaction is intuitive, efficient, and impactful. Functional Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UX design process – from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping (Figma)
- Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
- Define and maintain information architecture and UX documentation
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and tech teams to ensure feasible, user-centered solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers
Key Challenges You Will Solve:
• Design-Led
Innovation: Drive design as a strategic differentiator by leveraging design thinking, emerging tech, and market trends to improve adoption and position Nuvama as a digital-first leader in wealth management.
• User-Centric Research:
Lead deep user research across varied micro-personas. Use behavioural insights, live platform data, and usability metrics to inform and validate design decisions.
• Behavioural & Personalised UX:
Build scalable UX systems that adapt in real time to user preferences, behaviour, and investment profiles—delivering personalised and meaningful experiences.
• AI-Enabled Design Workflows:
Integrate modern design tools and AI-driven platforms to streamline and accelerate the UX process.
• Motion UX Design:
Define expressive, motion-enhanced design systems that improve interaction, engagement, and user delight.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design
- Strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience
