Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy, client-obsessed Account Manager who has experience working with Tech, SaaS, Digital Product, UI/UX, and App/Web Development services. You will be the bridge between our clients and internal tech/design teams — ensuring seamless delivery, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional client experience.

This role demands someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, handles escalations like a pro, and never gives up until the client says “Schbang!”

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end client servicing across tech, digital transformation, UI/UX, product design & development engagements
- Translate client objectives into measurable delivery plans and ensure timely, flawless execution
- Build strong, senior-level client relationships — becoming their trusted digital transformation partner
- Manage internal collaboration across Web, UI/UX, App Dev, Martech, Analytics & Design teams
- Handle queries/escalations with maturity, speed, empathy & solution-oriented thinking
- Drive innovation, strategic thinking, and new initiatives for client growth & digital maturity
- Present business insights, performance reports, roadmaps & transformation plans
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across Schbang’s digital service ecosystem
- Maintain strong understanding of emerging tech trends & digital platforms

Must-Have Skills

- 4+ years of client servicing/account management experience in a tech/digital/SAAS/design agency environment
- Strong understanding of tech delivery: web/app dev, UI/UX, digital platforms, CMS, martech
- Excellent communication & presentation skills — confident with CXOs/Founders
- Proven track record managing high-stakes clients & escalations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and drive outcomes
- Data-driven approach with understanding of analytics (GA expertise preferred)
- Strong project coordination, time management & stakeholder management
