Job Description:

Training Executive
Role Summary
The Training Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the required technical, process, and compliance knowledge. The role supports onboarding, ongoing skill development, and performance improvement initiatives across teams.

Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Coordination
Conduct induction and onboarding training for new hires.
Deliver technical, process, and soft-skills training as per defined curricula.
Coordinate refresher and upskilling sessions based on operational needs.
Support transition and project-specific training (ex: new tools, process changes).
Content Development & LMS Management
Create and update training materials, SOPs, presentations, assessments, and job aids.
Upload, track, and manage training content on the LMS.
Monitor training completion, scores, and certification status.
Assessment & Quality Support
Conduct knowledge assessments and evaluations post-training.
Share training effectiveness reports and identify skill gaps.
Work closely with Operations teams to address performance gaps through targeted training.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with Operations, SMEs, and Project teams for training requirements.
Align training plans with business timelines and project milestones.
Support audits and compliance training requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain training MIS, attendance records, and training calendars.
Prepare regular reports on training coverage, effectiveness, and compliance.
Ensure training documentation is audit ready.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of Technical Support environments.
Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Educational Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Certification in Training, L&D, or ITIL (preferred but not mandatory).
