About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Institutional Equity Research Analyst (IT & Auto) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with a robust analytical skillset, deep sectoral expertise, and advanced financial modeling capabilities, capable of transforming complex market, company, and macroeconomic data into actionable investment insights, equity valuations, and strategic recommendations for institutional clients.

Sector Research & Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive research on IT and Automotive sectors, including industry trends, growth drivers, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
Track global and domestic market developments, including supply chain dynamics, M&A activity, and sector-specific innovations.
Benchmark companies against peers, analyzing financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic positioning.
Data Analysis & Modeling:
Build and maintain quantitative models, including revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and market sizing models for sector-specific analysis.
Analyze key financial and operational metrics of companies within IT and Automotive sectors.
Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessment to evaluate potential business opportunities or threats.
Insight Generation & Reporting:
Prepare detailed sector reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams, leadership, and clients.
Identify market gaps, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives for investment or business development purposes.
Provide actionable recommendations based on research findings, helping guide strategic and investment decisions.
Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Work closely with business development, strategy, and deal teams to support market intelligence requirements.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring research quality, accuracy, and adherence to methodology.
Present research findings to senior management and clients, clearly articulating insights and implications.
Skills & Expertise

Required:

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in  data analysis, market research, and financial modeling .
Deep understanding of IT and Automotive industries, including supply chain, technology trends, and market dynamics.
Ability to synthesize complex data into  clear, actionable insights .
Proficiency in research tools, databases, and visualization platforms (Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Fact Set, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Conduct thorough sectoral and company research with actionable insights.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal teams and clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Build and maintain financial models and forecasts (for Equity role).
Collaborate with business development and strategy teams to support decision-making.
Mentor and guide junior analysts to maintain research quality.
Skills &

Qualifications:

Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Prior experience in equity research or sector-specific research (IT & Auto) preferred.
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
