Job Description:

Sr. Executive/Manager IT (Contract Labour Management System)

Role Overview
Responsible and Handles  Contract Labour Management System (CLMS) ,  attendance management systems ,  MS SQL Server , and applies skills in  manual testing  and  system implementation . Supports operations, integrations, troubleshooting, user training, biometric attendance, contractor compliance, wage validation, data analysis, and training coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee implementation, configuration, and support of HRMS modules including payroll, attendance, and CLMS.
Lead integration of HRMS with biometric attendance systems and manage device deployment and policy setup.
Administer contractor lifecycle workflows for attendance monitoring, wage validation, invoice processing, and statutory compliance.
Collaborate with vendors, developers, IT, and business teams to address issues, customize solutions, and implement enhancements.
Execute system migrations and upgrades, including impact assessments, data validation, and post-migration reviews.
Conduct manual testing (smoke, sanity, functional, regression, UAT, negative scenarios); maintain test plans, scenarios, and defect logs.
Use MS SQL Server and SQL Developer for data validation, queries, reporting, backups, restoration, and job scheduling.
Manage user roles, access controls, and assignments.
Deliver end-user training, prepare documentation, provide post-implementation support, and coordinate induction and compliance sessions.
Perform workforce data analysis (strength, overtime, absenteeism) and optimization.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management.

Required Skills
ERP/HRMS Systems:  WETOS D’zire, eTimeTrack Lite, eSSL, CLMS
Database:  MS SQL Server (Queries, Joins, Views, Functions, Backup/Restore, Jobs)
Testing:  Manual Testing, UAT, Impact Analysis, Bug Tracking
Attendance:  Biometric integration, shift rules, attendance processing

Soft Skills:

Stakeholder coordination, vendor management, training delivery, problem‑solving
