Position Title:

Responsibilities:
Data handling, cleaning and reporting from multiple data sets
Data base handling, updating, archival and management
Document Management
Data/Database/Document Audit
2-3 Years experience in HR operations/ HR Analytics or similar
Manage multiple data sets, draw reports, perform data analysis, dashboards and other forms of data presentation.
Project management skills and ability to drive a process independently
Stakeholder management
Adherence to SOPs and enhancement for process effectiveness
Self-starter and willingness to upskill
Should collaborate and work with a dynamic teams across locations
Understand interdependencies and establish robust control mechanisms
Complete focus of quality delivery
Work on automation projects and system enhancements
Mandatory skill sets:
Proficient in MS office, especially excel, Power
BI, presentations
Ability to think independently and solution oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills
End to end project management
Automation
Preferred skill sets:
Stake holder management, Project management, team working,
Years of experience required:
2+ years of experience
Education qualification:
Any Graduate/Post-graduate, MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
