Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced  Salesforce Business Analyst  with over  5 years of hands-on experience  to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering data-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions meet business goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories and functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
Evaluate and propose enhancements to current Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and third-party vendors to implement scalable solutions.
Lead or support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes, including test plan creation and defect resolution.
Provide ongoing support and training for end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
Analyze data and generate reports to support business insights and decision-making.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce features and industry best practices.
Ensure solutions comply with data governance and security standards.
Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and optimal user experience.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Technology or equivalent
Minimum  5 years of experience  as a Business Analyst with a focus on  Salesforce CRM .
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.

Experience with Salesforce configuration, data migration, and reporting tools (e.g., Reports, Dashboards, Lightning).
Proven ability to create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.
Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.

Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations (e.g., marketing automation, CPQ, e-commerce).
Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or other development-related aspects of Salesforce (nice to have)
