Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Data & Analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Lead enterprise-scale data warehousing, advanced analytics, and BI programs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable business impact.
Drive adoption and optimization of cloud analytics platforms including Microsoft Azure, Synapse, Fabric, and Power BI.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities to expand services.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Drive the design and implementation of AI/ML models to deliver predictive and prescriptive insights for clients.
Oversee the development of data science frameworks and reusable assets that accelerate analytics delivery across industries.
Collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI).

Qualifications & Experience
12–15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
Proven track record of delivering data analytics solutions in consulting or industry.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred), data warehousing, and BI tools.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP S/4

HANA and Microsoft D365.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior executives.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred.
