Business Understanding & Process Analysis
Engage with business teams to understand workflows, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Document and map existing business processes and pain points.
Identify opportunities for automation, AI augmentation, and process optimization.
AI Solution Coordination
Work closely with AI solution partners and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Facilitate discussions between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, scope, and outcomes.
Review and validate AI solution designs, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance standards.
Project Management & Communication
Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technology vendors.
Track project progress, manage timelines, and escalate issues proactively.
Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and demos to management teams.
Change Management & Adoption
Support training, onboarding, and user adoption of new AI-enabled solutions.
Gather feedback from users and ensure continuous improvement.
Desired Candidature:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
10-15 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or IT coordination roles, includes 3-5 years of AI implementation role
Proven experience working in cross-functional environments between business and technical teams.
Exposure to AI / Machine Learning / Automation projects is highly desirable
Desired skill sets:
Business Process Analysis: Ability to map, analyze, and optimize business processes.
AI Awareness: Understanding of AI technologies, automation tools, and agentic AI concepts (Someone who worked on real projects in any company will be preferred).
Strong Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities to translate complex ideas clearly.
Stakeholder Management: Skilled at working with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
Project Coordination:
Experience with agile or hybrid project management methods.
Analytical Thinking: Capable of understanding data-driven insights and translating them into action.
Problem-Solving Orientation: Creative and resourceful approach to finding practical solutions
