Key Responsibilities:
Domain & Functional Expertise
Possess strong understanding of Loans Against Securities (LAS) and related lending processes such as share events, corporate actions, revaluation, DP handling, LTV calculations, and securities lending mechanics.
Support business teams with domain knowledge throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation of LAS solutions.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and other analysis artifacts.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a bridge between business users and IT/development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and seamless implementation.
Lead domain discussions with internal stakeholders and support clarification of requirements during the project lifecycle.
Support During Development & Testing
Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA) to address queries, resolve issues, and validate functional requirements.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations and compliance standards.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and reliability in LAS workflows and reporting.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in business analysis within the BFSI domain, specifically working with Loan or Securities Lending products.
Strong domain knowledge of Loans Against Securities (LAS) and associated operations (e.g., LTV, revaluations, corporate actions).
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and work effectively with technical teams.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving requirements.
Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus .
