Associate Advocate

Inviting suitable aspirants for the role of Associate Advocate for litigation and non-litigation practice in Counsel’s Chambers located at Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021.

Aspirants must possess, have and be adept in:

- - A valid Law Degree from a reputed law college and a valid Sanad;
- Prior work experience of minimum Five (5) years in law firm/ counsel chambers in the field of Civil Litigation and Non-ligation, especially pertaining to property laws/ commercial laws/ succession laws;
- Handling multiple matters and appearing before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities – independently and/ or with seniors;
- Drafting various pleadings in suits, writ petitions and other applications, as well as various deeds and documents;
- Research on various issues and points of law, by using diverse legal tools;
- Briefing and assisting Counsel/ Seniors, and doing all necessary and ancillary functions for taking matters forward;
- Delivering work in a set time frame;
- Case management and client liaising;
- Interpersonal skills and be a team player;
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

Professional fees will be commensurate with experience and in line with market standards.
