Are you a foreign-trained attorney based in India, passionate about immigration law and client service?

We are seeking a  Immigration Paralegal/Client Care Specialist  to work directly with our U.S. immigration law firm!

-based immigration law firm representing individuals, families, and businesses across the country. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate service in every case we handle.

About the Role:

This is a dual role where you will assist with preparing immigration filings  and  act as a client care specialist, answering calls and emails from existing clients regarding their case status and questions.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and prepare immigration filings (family-based petitions, adjustment of status applications, waivers, asylum applications, motions, etc.) under attorney supervision.
Answer inbound calls and emails from existing clients to provide case updates, request documents, and respond to general inquiries.
Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients about their ongoing immigration matters.
Maintain detailed case notes and update the firm’s case management system.
Coordinate closely with U.S.

-based attorneys and team members to move cases forward efficiently.

Who You Are:
A foreign-trained attorney with an L.L.B. (or equivalent) from India (required).
Highly fluent in English — both spoken and written (you must be comfortable on client calls).
Professional, patient, and empathetic in your client interactions.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases ilable to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours.
Tech-savvy with reliable internet, a computer, and a quiet space to take calls.

Preferred but Not

Required:

Prior U.S. immigration law experience.
Experience working remotely for a U.S.

-based organization.
