Position  - Associate/ Senior Associate
Practice Area  - General Corporate - M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity
Location  - Mumbai
Qualification  - Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled in Bar Council of India
PQE -  3 to 7 years

Role Overview :
We are looking to interview and bring on board dynamic and motivated  Corporate Lawyers  looking for a break and an opportunity to excel in our corporate M&A teams in Mumbai. The ideal candidates should have in-depth transactional experience across sectors, the ability to independently manage complex corporate cross border M&A matters and be able to work in collaboration with different practice teams.

Expertise in the Corporate Practice :
Mergers & Acquisitions
Private Equity
Venture Capital
Cross border transactions
Corporate Restructuring and Compliance
Strong technical, due diligence, drafting, communication, negotiation and client management skills.
