Production Supervisor

"1. Prepare Production Schedule as per daily requirement an submit to Manager

2. Operator availability & Machine loading

3. Quality as per norms

4. Production Records and the production entries, attendance in the production books, OT etc. with weekly update to Manager

5. Inspection reports of the final products

6. Report of material ready for dispatch

7. Study drawing thoroughly and make the drawing if required, forward to operators and instruct

8. Monitor stock status (Blankets etc.)

9.Productivity Monitoring - to review with PPC (Production Planning & Manager)

Coordination

"1. Coordinate for resources, job status with the production manager

2. Urgencies to be taken care off

3. Adherence to SOPs

4. Reports on bottlenecks

5. Ensure housekeeping, health & safety and compliance

6. Provide accessories as per requirement

7. Reporting Machinery breakdown to Maintenance department."

Workforce Management

"1. Train and develop workforce for skills

2. Allocate work machine wise to worker

3.Ensure that new workers understand work SOPs and settle well

Quality Checks

"1. Inspect work is as per job card/ Inspect Internal Rejected products (Performing Final Inspection of tanks / rubber bags etc.)

2.Report non conformities

3. Checking of incoming job

4. Provide reports after inspection to Manager

5.Inspect Internal Rejected products (blankets) and report. "

"1. Roll wise productivity - Operator wise, Machine wise

2. Daily NC Reports Roll wise and compound wise

3. Monthly NC Reports Roll wise and compound wise

4.Daily External and Internal Rejection Reports

5.Monthly External and Internal Rejection Reports

6.Weekly updated List of Rolls pending under process for more than 6 weeks

7. Daily List of products ready for dispatch for more than 2 days

8. Monthly worker output report, Attendance report, OT Details

9.Production planning and review

Salary Range
-Rs. 35,000/- p.m.to Rs. 45,000/- p.m
