* Key Responsibilities:

* Provide in-house technical and application support to sales, design, production, and quality teams.
Act as a technical expert for plastic components, packaging products, and related applications.
Support new product development, feasibility analysis, and design optimization.
Collaborate with tooling, molding, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.
Assist in material selection, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
Troubleshoot production and application-related challenges and suggest corrective actions.
Coordinate with customers (as required) for technical discussions, trials, and validations.
Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and application guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement in product performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

* Mechanical Engineering background with 8–12+ years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in plastic manufacturing, injection molding, or packaging applications.
Prior experience with companies like Weener Plastic, SSF Plastics, or similar organizations is highly preferred.
Sound knowledge of plastic materials, tooling, molding processes, and product applications.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.

* Hands-on technical professional with strong application knowledge.
Experience in packaging products such as caps, closures, or plastic components is an advantage.
Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
