We are partnering with the global beauty division of a leading national retail conglomerate, managing some of the world’s most prestigious premium beauty brands across India. The company has a strong pan-India presence, omnichannel capability, and a growing portfolio of international labels in skincare, makeup and fragrances.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and margin growth across assigned markets.
- Build financial plans aligned with market trends while balancing risks and opportunities.
- Ensure optimal product mix and availability on the shop floor.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with finance & regional brand leaders to resolve business challenges.
- Identify growth opportunities, pricing trends, competitive activity and customer behavior insights.
- Conduct P&L analysis by door and develop action plans to improve profitability.
- Maintain brand image in alignment with global and corporate standards.
- Forecast new product launches, promotions and collaborate with regional forecasting teams.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, optimal inventory levels and develop plans to reduce excess stock.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree from NIFT / MBA / Beauty or Retail-focused program
- Strong analytical, commercial and merchandising mindset
- Able to work cross-functionally and align with organizational strategy
- Agile, adaptive leadership suited for fast-paced retail
- Understanding of beauty retail trends, consumer behavior and category nuances
- Experience in Ecommerce, Beauty Retail, or Premium Lifestyle Brands is preferred
