About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Head – Menswear to take ownership of taste, styling, and on-floor creative leadership for our menswear house.

This role exists to ensure that the brand maintains a clear, consistent standard of dressing, presentation, and client experience. This is not a desk role and not a purely conceptual role. It requires judgment, presence, and the ability to make decisions in real time.

This is not a mass retail role. The position involves working closely with discerning clients, guiding them through styling, fabric choices, fittings, and the bespoke tailoring process.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Styling Authority

- Own the overall menswear aesthetic and styling direction
- Make final calls on outfit combinations, fabric pairings, silhouettes, and details
- Ensure every client-facing output reflects the brand’s standards

Client Leadership

- Handle premium clients confidently and independently
- Lead consultations, fittings, and styling conversations end-to-end
- Build trust through calm, informed, and understated guidance

On-Floor Leadership

- Act as the senior-most creative presence on the floor
- Set the tone for grooming, presentation, and conduct
- Maintain consistency and discipline in how the brand is represented daily

People & Culture

- Guide and mentor junior stylists, assistants, or interns
- Correct standards in real time through example, not micromanagement
- Create clarity and confidence within the team

Continuity & Standards

- Ensure quality and taste do not drift over time
- Hold the line on what belongs in the brand and what doesn’t
- Maintain the same standard whether the founder is present or not

This role is suited for someone who:

- Has strong, instinctive taste in menswear
- Is comfortable taking responsibility for decisions
- Can command a room quietly, without needing validation
- Understands both creativity and practical execution
- Prefers ownership over titles

Qualifications & Skills

- Prior experience in luxury menswear, bespoke tailoring, premium retail, or a high-standard fashion environment
- Experience handling clients directly is essential
- Formal design education is not mandatory if taste and judgment are evident
- Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and styling

Work Schedule

- Monday to Saturday - 11AM to 8PM at our Worli store
- One weekly off rotational
