Full Stack Developer:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable digital solutions using modern technologies. The role involves working closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to build end-to-end applications, drive continuous improvements, and ensure high-quality deliverables. This position requires strong hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

• Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js and Next.js.

• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems and messaging queues (Kafka or similar).

SQL databases such as Cassandra, Open Search, and Elastic for scalable data solutions.

• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve complex issues.

• Collaborate with QA for API testing and validation of features.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

• Support CI/CD implementation through tools like Git Lab, Jenkins, and deployment on Kubernetes clusters.

• Ensure best practices in application security, performance tuning, and maintainability.
