Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring high standards in coding,

design, and execution.

Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, providing technical

direction and removing blockers.

Drive solutioning and architecture for new projects, including technology

selection and estimations.

Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using Spring Boot and

related frameworks.

Build and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend and

third-party systems.

Develop and deploy microservices-based solutions following modern

architectural practices.

Implement database solutions using Postgre

SQL, PL/SQL, and Redis to

ensure performance and scalability.

Ensure delivery of clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers,

architects, QA, Dev Ops, and business stakeholders.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure stability and high availability.

Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge-sharing.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to full

stack development.

Technical Skills Required

Core Backend Technologies

Java (8+):
Strong understanding of OOP, collections, multithreading,

exception handling.

Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security.

Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs including

knowledge of HTTP, request/response lifecycle, and API documentation tools

like Swagger/OpenAPI.

Experience with microservices architecture, service discovery, and inter-

service communication.

Expertise in PL/SQL, Postgre

SQL, and familiarity with Redis for caching.

Frontend Technologies

React

JS with solid knowledge of component design, hooks, state

management, and API integration.

Experience with JSP, Thymeleaf, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery where

applicable.
