Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Training Coach at Antigravity Club. The role goes beyond basic training sessions — it requires deep client engagement, program design rooted in client assessments, and tracking progress across physical performance, recovery, and nutrition. Coaches are expected to build lasting relationships with clients and deliver a premium experience aligned with Antigravity’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-quality one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to each client's goals and limitations

Design periodized fitness programs incorporating strength, mobility, and conditioning

Perform movement assessments and adapt training accordingly

Track client progress and make data-informed adjustments

Collaborate with our in-house nutrition team to provide basic lifestyle and habit coaching

Educate clients on technique, safety, and long-term sustainable habits

Participate in internal team learning, case studies, and knowledge-sharing

Stay updated on evidence-based fitness and recovery protocols

Qualifications

Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent)

1+ years of hands-on experience in personal training or strength coaching

Deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise prescription

Passion for individualized coaching and helping clients reach tangible results

Excellent communication skills and client handling etiquette

Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit coaching team

Bonus: experience with recovery modalities like stretching, mobility drills, or contrast therapy
