Thomas & Hutton is seeking a Civil Designer IV in Murfreesboro, TN to lead land development projects with autonomy and strong engineering judgment. You will design, review, and direct work, coordinating with CAD Technicians, clients, and other disciplines to deliver high‑quality plans.
Required is a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 4+ years using Civil 3D, and an EIT/FE plus PE licensure or path to licensure within a year, with proven ability to work independently and lead teams.
