Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salt Lake is seeking an HR Generalist to manage HR functions across multiple club locations in the Salt Lake Valley and Tooele. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Utah and Federal labor laws.
You will collaborate with Club Directors and Operations to foster a compliant, inclusive, and development‑focused work environment, providing coaching to junior HR staff and driving HR initiatives.
