Level: Graduate / Entry Level

To manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and support financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing activities of the organization.

• Prepare and maintain accounting records, journals, and ledgers.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 0 - 1 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.

Proficiency in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
