Talentspoc is seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist to join our medical team in Oman. This exciting opportunity involves diagnosing and treating a range of gastrointestinal disorders in a supportive and state‑of‑the‑art healthcare environment.
As a Gastroenterologist, you will be responsible for patient assessments, performing endoscopic procedures, and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. You will work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough evaluations and diagnostic tests to assess gastrointestinal health.
- Conduct endoscopic interventions and other specialized procedures.
- Create and implement effective treatment plans in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and their families about gastrointestinal conditions, treatments, and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment progress.
- Participate in ongoing medical research and quality improvement initiatives.
- M.D. or D.O. degree with a specialization in Gastroenterology
- Board certification in Gastroenterology preferred
- Valid medical license to practice in Oman
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in gastroenterology
- Expertise in performing a variety of endoscopic procedures
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with patients and their families
- Aptitude for collaboration in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
- Dedication to continuous professional development and advancing gastroenterology practices
