• Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, inspect, and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance on drilling rigs and related equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and operational procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and emergencies
• Review electrical schematics and provide technical guidance to electricians
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and electrical logs
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and HSE teams
• Manage inventories of electrical parts and recommend procurement needs
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed

To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in electrical supervision (preferably in oilfield, drilling, or heavy industrial settings)
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, safety standards (NEC, IEC, ATEX), and energy control procedures
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical electrical drawings and manuals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid Electrician License (Oman or transferable GCC license, preferred)
• Must be able to work in remote locations and hot, demanding environments
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is an added advantage

• Monthly Salary: OMR 81,000 – OMR 1,200 (Approx. $2,080 – $3,120), based on qualifications and experience
• Contract Duration: 1–2 years (renewable)
