Project Manager; Construction - Industrial​/Commercial Projects

Overview

Position Name: PROJECT MANAGER (Industrial / commercial projects) |

Location:

Oman

• Plan, design, execute projects
• Develop design task work plans, schedules and budgets
• Oversee the preparation of all related client deliverables
• Update, in coordination with other Managers, Project Work Plans, budget, schedules and prepare supplements as necessary during project execution to deliver high quality profitable projects
• Work with the management team to establish contract budgets and scopes of work
• Perform/manage design relocations or new installations
• Participate in business development and marketing efforts for related projects and attend interviews
• Ensure proper codes and standards are being used by engineers on projects
• Provide design staff with expert technical guidance, assistance, and mentoring on projects
• Responsible for the successful completion of utility engineering under his/her direction
• Represent Company at professional meetings, conferences, seminars, etc.
• Forecast and monitor utility budgets and schedules

Education:

Bachelors in Architecture/ Civil Engineering

Experience:

8 years. Experience in Oman is desired

Skills and knowledge:
AutoCAD, Ms Projects, Primavera is required, 3D drawings is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English are required
