Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years of engineering and project management experience.
- At least 3 years within the oil & gas sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Demonstrate leadership in HSE.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the technical and commercial risks associated with oil and gas project development.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Demonstrated capability in leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Demonstrated capability in managing project cost, schedule and resourcing.
- Comprehensive understanding of In Country Value.
- Strong analytical and decision making skills.
- Effective interfaces management.
- Effective risk management.
- Effective project resources management.
