Role Description

We are looking for a
Female Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient service delivery, high-quality patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves managing staff performance, coordinating clinical and administrative functions, optimizing patient flow, and supporting the clinic’s strategic and financial objectives.

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction
• Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff performance
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and workflow coordination
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and clinic performance targets
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards
• Coordinate with physicians and medical teams to optimize patient flow
• Oversee inventory, medical supplies, and vendor relationships
• Handle operational reporting, documentation, and audits
• Support marketing, business development, and patient engagement initiatives
• Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
• Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered clinic environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient flow, and service standards
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements
  
  Leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise staff
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational KPIs
• Proficiency in clinic management systems
