Meet The Team

We find and win services deals in Oman, Pakistan, Yemen and Afghanistan with a focus on high‑value offerings. Our work connects customer needs to the right solutions and turns plans into signed contracts. We’re a cross‑functional team that partners with account managers, engineers, and delivery leaders; the vibe is collaborative, fast‑moving, and hands‑on. You’ll work with commercial, major enterprise and public‑sector customers, learn a broad solutions portfolio, and lead impactful deals.

Impact

As part of the Services team, you will:

  • Sell the full Customer Experience Services portfolio to major accounts across Oman, Pakistan, Yemen, and Afghanistan to drive growth and customer success.
  • Work from Muscat, Oman, closely with channel partners to lead and develop accounts, improving Cisco’s turnover and increasing customer success.
  • Travel to Pakistan regularly to meet customers, partners and internal teams
  • Achieve personal and team targets to contribute to overall profitability and sustained business performance.
  • Enhance Cisco’s positive image in the marketplace by consistently delivering value for customers and partners
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience on value-based sales positions in Internet, Communication, Technology (ICT) sector, preferably in modern international environment
  • Strong experience and understanding of the specificity of the service, consulting, and advisory services sale
  • Proven experience in direct and indirect selling to the most strategic accounts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-starter and strong closer personality with multi-tasking ability
  • Outstanding communication skills, in dependency, self-motivation
  • Experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts/projects.
  • Good understanding of country procurement process and buying cycles.
