AI & Data Scientist Sr. Consultant

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI & Data Scientist Sr. Consultant to join our team. As an AI & Data Scientist Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients harness the power of artificial intelligence and data analytics to drive innovation and business growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, and design customized AI and data-driven solutions to address their needs.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI and data-driven solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' data infrastructure, processes, and technology capabilities.

Solution Design & Strategic Directions:

• Develop AI and data strategies and future roadmaps tailored to client needs and goals.
• Design and implement machine learning models, data analytics tools, and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Data Analysis and Modeling:

• Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create predictive models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to support client decision-making.

AI Implementation:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AI and data projects, including model deployment, integration, and optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and software developers, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Continuously monitor the performance of AI models and data-driven solutions.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, data processes, and project deliverables.

Thought Leadership and Research:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and data science.
• Share knowledge and expertise through articles, presentations, and workshops.

Ethical AI Practices:

• Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI and data-driven solutions, including addressing bias, fairness, and privacy concerns.
• Guide clients in implementing ethical AI policies and practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  Master's or PhD is preferred.
• Proven experience (12 to 15years) in AI, machine learning, data science, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R, and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch...) and data analysis libraries.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as pandas, Num Py, and matplotlib....
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI is a plus.

Location: Middle East region, Based in Muscat, Oman
