Position: IT Helpdesk Hero: Fast Fixes & First-Line Support
A dynamic IT services provider in Muscat is seeking a Helpdesk Agent to provide first-level IT support to end users. The role demands a minimum of 1 year of experience in helpdesk or IT support, with strong troubleshooting skills and comprehensive knowledge of operating systems and networking. Key responsibilities include managing technical issues, performing system maintenance, and maintaining accurate IT asset records.

Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and ITIL Foundation.
