Senior Growth & Product Data Analyst

Serve as the central insights and decision-support partner for Growth, Product, and Leadership, owning KPI frameworks, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses to improve acquisition, activation, retention, merchant performance, TPV, and unit economics.

• Define & maintain North Star metrics and supporting KPIs (acquisition, TPV, ARPU, LTV, payback, profitability by segment).
• Build & manage executive dashboards in Power BI connected to data warehouse.

• Perform funnel, cohort, and segmentation analyses to find bottlenecks in Thawani Pay app, Mojab, Mojab Go, and merchant behaviours.
• Assess impact of campaigns, CRM journeys, UI/UX changes, and product launches on KPIs.

• Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Product to design, measure, and interpret A/B tests and experiments.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for pricing, incentives, targeting, and UX.
• Support CMO, CEO, and CBO with data for business cases, board materials, and investor discussions.

• 6–10+ years in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence, preferably in Fin Tech or payments.
• Strong SQL skills, experience with cloud data warehouse (Big Query/Snowflake), and Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Familiarity with GA4, Firebase, Adjust, Mixpanel, and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable stories for senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environment.
