Role SummaryThe Helpdesk Agent provides first-level IT support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, system reliability, and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems
- Monitor system performance and alerts, responding to potential risks
- Manage and track IT asset and inventory records
- Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities
- End-user IT support and troubleshooting
- Operating systems, networks, and application support
- IT system maintenance and monitoring
- IT asset and inventory management
- Clear communication and customer service skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in helpdesk or IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and applications
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Good documentation and communication skills
CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and ITIL Foundation certifications (preferred)
