As a Painter, your role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the property. You will be responsible for executing painting tasks with precision, ensuring a visually appealing and well-maintained environment for guests and colleagues.

• Perform various painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing, to maintain or enhance the appearance of interior and exterior surfaces.
• Select and mix paints, ensuring color matching and consistency according to established standards.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes to achieve a smooth and even finish.
• Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, considering the specific requirements of each surface.
• Protect furniture, fixtures, and other items from paint or damage during the painting process.
• Work with a variety of painting materials, including water-based and oil-based paints, varnishes, and specialty coatings.
• Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to coordinate and execute painting projects as part of broader facility maintenance.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups or corrections to ensure a flawless finish.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment and ensuring the safe disposal of painting materials.
• Maintain an organized inventory of painting supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with supervisors to plan and prioritize painting projects based on hotel needs.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry trends, safety protocols, and new painting techniques.
