Salesforce/Net Suite Engineering Manager, Commercial Systems

We are hiring an Engineering Manager who will lead the Business Systems team, responsible for systems such as Net Suite and Salesforce, and drive high engineering quality standards while collaborating closely with operations and business teams.
LocationThis role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.
Role Entails- Accountability for the design and development of an internal product
- Leading a team of software engineers
- Developing the skills and capabilities of direct reports
- Seeking improvements to established processes, designs, and solutions
- Building an understanding of business needs to deliver the most impact
- Exceptional academic track record
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling alternative narrative
- Track record of exceeding expectations to achieve outstanding results
- Experience with software development in Salesforce, Net Suite, or other CRM/ERP systems
- Professional written and spoken English, excellent presentation skills
- Result‑oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year, up to two weeks per event
- Experience with accounting, sales operations, or other business roles
