Essential Functions Payroll & Benefits

• Full-cycle payroll processing including new hire setup and terminations
• Timecard review and approval follow-up
• 401(k) loan administration and contribution adjustments (Fidelity)
• Employee benefit withholding reconciliations
• Health, dental, and life insurance invoice reconciliation

GL & AP

• Journal entry preparation and input
• Cash receipts posting and AP check run processing
• Bank reconciliations

Banking & Treasury

• Lockbox processing and branch deposits
• Positive Pay file uploads and ACH / check exception resolution
• Daily cash report production

Accounts Receivable

• Credit holds, releases, and new customer credit approvals
• Collections process administration
• EBM progress payment reconciliations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance preferred;
  Associate's + experience considered
• 2–4 years general accounting: GL, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Payroll processing experience (APS or similar platform)
• Positive Pay, ACH, and bank reconciliation familiarity
• Strong Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience
• Fidelity 401(k) plan administration
• AR collections and credit management background
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
