Events & Member Services Coordinator
Role Description
Scottish Land & Estates is recruiting an Events & Member Services Coordinator to join our operations team. Our events range in size, from specialist webinars to regional shows and annual award ceremonies for 500+ guests, therefore this role would suit with experience in the organisation and delivery of events of any size with an interest in rural Scotland. We are looking for someone who has excellent administration and organisation skills along with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment as part of a team.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks
- Organise and deliver events of all sizes, from specialist webinars to regional shows and annual award ceremonies for 500+ guests.
- Maintain excellent administration and organisation skills and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment as part of a team.
- Support the planning, promotion and execution of events with an interest in rural Scotland.

- Title: Events & Member Services Coordinator
- Line Manager: Director of Operations
- Based at: Scottish Land & Estates, Eskmills, Musselburgh
- Salary Scale: £28,000 – £33,000 pro rata per annum, dependant on experience.
- Hours: 28 hours per week with some flexibility required during busy periods in Spring/Summer
- Holidays: 34 days per year including 6 bank holidays pro rata
