Foreman - Civil Engineering

Boyd Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a Contract Foreman to join a reputable client in the civil engineering sector.

This role will initially be located in Wallyford.

• Overseeing daily on-site activities to ensure projects are completed to specification, quality, and safety standards.
• Managing and supervising Groundwork Squads, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
• Scheduling and coordinating works to meet project deadlines.
• Reporting on progress and any issues to the site management team.

• Proven experience as a Foreman within the residential sector sector.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise multiple tasks on-site.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of high-quality results onsite.
