Job Summary
The Chef de Partie – Asian Cuisine is responsible for managing the assigned Asian kitchen section, ensuring consistent food quality, authentic flavors, hygiene standards, and smooth kitchen operations. The role requires strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities   Prepare, cook, and present Asian cuisine dishes as per recipes and standards
Independently handle the assigned Asian section during service
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation
Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen associates
Plan mise en place to support smooth and timely service
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (HACCP)
Monitor stock levels, control food cost, and minimize wastage
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials
Support menu planning, trials, and new dish development
Coordinate with Sous Chef and Executive Chef for daily operations
Handle guest feedback professionally and take corrective actions
Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
Requirements & Skills   Proven experience as CDP / DCDP in Asian cuisine
Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, sauces, marinades, and ingredients
Ability to work in high-pressure and high-volume environments
Leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
