Our solutions help companies optimize complex billing processes and extract valuable insights from their data. We are committed to growing together with leading Public Cloud Service Providers and SaaS companies, with a focus on expansion in Western Europe in the coming years.

What will you do?

• Lead and motivate: You will guide consultants in carrying out internal and external project work.
• Continuous improvement: At every step you will think about whether things can be done better and more efficiently and implement the necessary improvements.
• Building client relationships: You work with our customers to achieve success and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships.
• Analyze and optimize: Analyze and optimize work processes, both those of the customer in the financial operational domain and our own when it comes to project management and software implementation.
• Complex challenges: You take the lead in solving complex issues arising from support or product development.
• Your development: At Cloud Billing, you get the space to determine your own growth path: will you specialize in certain areas or will you broaden your knowledge?

To perform the job well, we expect the following from you:

• Language skills: You are fluent in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
• Education: You have a completed university (master) degree, preferably in business administration, business informatics or data science.
• Work experience: You have several years of relevant work experience.
• Proactive attitude: You are entrepreneurial and take initiative.
• Strong conversation partner: You are a strong conversation partner and are able to get things done with senior colleagues and client stakeholders.
• Affinity with IT: You have a strong interest in technology and IT solutions.
• Analytical skills: You have sharp analytical skills.
• Software experience: Experience with financial or billing systems and/or cloud services is a plus.
• Coding experience: coding experience is not necessary, it helps if you can spar with clients and colleagues based on interest and analytical skills.
