Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and other computer peripherals.
Diagnose and repair hardware issues to ensure devices function optimally.
Provide on-site and remote support for peripheral hardware.
Maintain service records and report repairs and maintenance activities.
Assist users with hardware-related issues and provide guidance on proper usage.
Coordinate with suppliers or vendors for parts replacement as needed.
Preferred Qualifications &
Experience:
Graduate in any discipline.
Up to 2 years of experience in installation and repairing of computer peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
