Job Summary : Reporting to the Grow Supervisor, the Grow Team Member will be responsible for performing tasks related to plant cultivation.

Shift timings : Monday
- Thursday ( 7:00 am to 5:00 pm )
Pay : CAD $ 21 per hour Functions of the role include:
• Transplanting, harvesting, pruning, nutrient application, taking cuttings, integrated pest management, pesticide application, destruction, sanitation duties and trellising of cannabis
• Maintain healthy and thriving plants during all stages of cultivation (mother, clones, veg, flower, and cure)
• Mixing plant nutrients in accordance with Master Grower
• Ensure stock tanks and feed tanks are maintained
• Ensuring product is cured and packaged for shipment
• Maintain product quality standards during curing process
• Maintaining accurate inventory of clones
• Record accurate documentation of daily activities
• Adhere to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to sanitation, cultivation, and processing
• Maintenance and monitoring of facility systems
• Responsible for accurately completing appropriate documentation and records
• Responsible for promptly reporting any deviations from SOPs
• Responsible for adhering to safe work procedures and reporting hazards
• Complete relevant forms, logs, and other documentation to meet the requirements of SOPs and Company Policies
• Participate in company training on policies, procedures, and work methods
• Assist in the mother rooms, trim, harvest, sanitation or other departments as needed
• Perform other duties as may be required by management Qualifications:
