Paladin Security Group Ltd is looking for Security Guards with Persons with Security Responsibility Training (PWSR) to serve at our Duke Point site.

• Provide exceptional customer service and sustain effective relationships with clients, tenants, and patrons.
• Write clear and detailed reports including incident, emergency, liability, and day‑to‑day reports.
• Watch for and report irregularities such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations, contacting emergency responders as required.
• Provide first aid and medical response when required to any person(s).
• Perform regular foot patrols to ensure personnel, building, and equipment security.
• Utilize two‑way radios and computer applications to communicate site activities.
• Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers.

• Valid BC Security Worker's License.
• PWSR Certification (Persons with Security Responsibility).
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License is an asset; work site is in Duke Point.
• Flexible availability for day, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts covering all days of the week and holidays.
• At least 1 year of experience in the security industry.
• Proficiency with computers and smartphones.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to write clear and concise incident reports.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Calm demeanor and sound decision‑making skills.
• Fluency in English.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong working knowledge of non‑violent crisis intervention and de‑escalation techniques.
• Strong observational skills.
• Ability to make immediate decisions while maintaining composure in emergency response situations with minimal supervision.
