Novolex is seeking an Extrusion Process Technician for a 7:00 PM–7:00 AM 2-2-3 schedule. The role focuses on guiding productivity, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the extrusion process.
You will support changeovers, maintain standard production rates, and work with the Process Engineer to optimize process sheets and line efficiencies. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in plastics processing/extrusion, strong machinery experience, and the ability to train and lead teams.
