Machine Operator

Job Description

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of precision steel products in Bolingbrook, IL.

We are now hiring CNC Machinist who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

This is a direct-hire position, and we are quick to reply to qualified applicants.

• $28-32 per hour (depending on experience)
• Day shift Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Full benefits starting Day 1 with strong company coverage
• Operate mills grinders saws and CNC equipment
• Measure materials using precision tools daily
• Assist with shipping warehouse and inventory tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous machining or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 plus pounds and stay active throughout shift
• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
• Ability to read micrometers calipers and tape measures
• Understanding of imperial and metric measurements
• Forklift experience required certification preferred
• Dependable team player with strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow long term
